The bakery was founded in 1982 by Mrs. Remi da-Silva.
It began as a modest operation from the kitchen of her home in Surulere with some basic equipment and a modest selection of cakes and pastries. Today, the bakery is still run by Mrs. da-Silva and has expanded into a full-service bakery.
We produce a range of confectionaries and desserts including cakes, pastries, specialty desserts and breads.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and use only the finest ingredients to achieve a uniquely rich taste which has endured over decades.
